Each week we will introduce a new workout utilizing our 14 foot warped wall, parkour park, monkey bars, rings, ropes, globes, etc. to get you fit and strong to compete or just to play.
During certain hours classes are led by a coach, but you can start anytime with our video guided system.
Flexline Dynamic Cable, Kettlebells, DynaBells, Bikes, and Incline Trainers are all implemented, to improve cardio, strength, balance, agility, and fitness. We offer modifications for all fitness levels. New program weekly.
